02Scope
There are two ways to buy Insider Magazin software, and this policy covers both:
- EuroInsider purchases made online through Digistore24, our reseller. The checkout, payment and invoice are handled by Digistore24.
- Organisation contracts agreed individually in a written proposal or order form.
This policy applies together with our Terms of Service. Requesting a demo or contacting us does not create a purchase or any payment obligation.
03EuroInsider: 60-day money-back guarantee
Every EuroInsider purchase comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. You can return your purchase within 60 days of the purchase date without giving a reason and receive a full refund of the amount paid. No other conditions apply.
The guarantee applies to each EuroInsider product separately, including EuroInsider — 12-Month Access, EuroInsider Saved Workspace, EuroInsider Extended Access — 24 Months and EuroInsider Team Access — 3 Additional Users.
How to request a refund
- Contact Digistore24 support through the link in your Digistore24 purchase confirmation email, or
- write to support@insidermagazin.com. Including your Digistore24 order ID helps us find your purchase quickly.
How the refund is paid
Refunds are paid by Digistore24, as the seller of record, to the payment method used for the purchase.
No renewal, nothing to cancel
EuroInsider purchases are one-time payments. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel: access ends on the expiry date shown on your access page and in the workspace.
Access after a refund
After a refund, the access links issued for that order may be deactivated.
04Organisation contracts: cancellation
Organisation contracts are agreed individually. Before any contract is signed, we send a written proposal or order form that states the scope, price, billing period, renewal terms and cancellation terms.
You can ask to cancel your subscription at any time by writing to support@insidermagazin.com from an address associated with your account, or by calling and confirming in writing.
- Notice period: 30 days' written notice before the end of the current term
- When cancellation takes effect: at the end of the current billing period
- Access after cancellation: access continues until the end of the paid period
- Your data after cancellation: you can request an export during the paid period; any customer data we hold is deleted within 30 days after the end of the contract
If your order form sets out different terms, the order form applies.
05Organisation contracts: renewal
Whether and how an organisation subscription renews is stated in the order form. Unless the order form says otherwise, organisation subscriptions renew for the same term, and we send a reminder at least 30 days before renewal.
06Organisation contracts: refunds
Refund eligibility for fees paid under an order form is defined in that order form. Unless the order form says otherwise, fees for a term that has already started are not refunded. We do not offer refunds beyond what the order form provides, except where the law requires it.
How to request a refund
- Email support@insidermagazin.com.
- Include your organisation's name, the order form or invoice reference, the amount concerned and the reason for the request.
- We will confirm receipt and tell you whether the request is accepted under your order form or applicable law.
- Time to respond to a request
- Within 24 hours
- Time to process an approved refund
- Approved refunds are issued by Digistore24, usually within 5 business days; the time until the money reaches your account depends on your bank or card provider
- Refund method
- To the original payment method
07Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract. Depending on where you are and whether you qualify as a consumer, these may include:
| Market | Right, where applicable |
|---|---|
| Brazil | Under art. 49 of the Consumer Defence Code (CDC), a consumer who contracts outside a commercial establishment, including at a distance, may withdraw within 7 days of signing or of receiving the service, with a refund of amounts paid. |
| France and the EU | Under EU consumer rules (in France, the Code de la consommation), consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to the statutory exceptions. |
| United Kingdom | Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts, subject to the statutory exceptions. |
| Israel | The Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations give consumers a right to cancel certain distance transactions, subject to the conditions they set out. |
For EuroInsider purchases, the 60-day money-back guarantee is longer than these statutory periods and applies in addition to them. For organisation contracts, if you believe one of these rights applies to you, tell us when you contact us and we will handle your request accordingly.
