Cookie Policy

Which cookies this website uses — only the strictly necessary EuroInsider access cookie — and how to manage cookies in your browser.

Last updated: 5 Nov 2026

01Summary

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our own code sets only ei_access, which keeps a EuroInsider buyer signed in to the workspace after opening a personal access link, and ei_feature, which records the Saved Workspace add-on when it was bought separately.

02What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to store on your device. They are sent back to the website on later requests, which allows it to remember information such as whether you are signed in. Cookies set by the website you are visiting are called first-party cookies; cookies set by other services embedded in the page are called third-party cookies.

Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way. This policy covers them too where they are used.

03Cookies this website sets

This website sets first-party cookies only when a EuroInsider buyer, or a person to whom the buyer has given a team access link, opens a personal access link. Visitors who only browse the website or use the public demo receive no cookie from us. These cookies are strictly necessary to provide what was purchased, so it does not require consent under the rules that apply to non-essential cookies.

Cookies set by this website

We do not set cookies for analytics, advertising, social media or cross-site tracking, and we do not use the cookies above to track your activity.

04Third-party cookies from the scheduling tool

The demo booking page may embed a scheduling tool (Cal.com or Calendly) so that you can pick a time directly. This happens only if a scheduler has been configured for the website. When it is shown, the scheduling provider may set its own cookies in your browser, for example to keep the booking session working or to protect against abuse. Those cookies are controlled by the provider and described in its own cookie and privacy policies.

If no scheduler is configured, the demo page uses a request form instead, and no third-party cookies are set. No scheduler is currently enabled.

The EuroInsider checkout takes place on Digistore24's website. Cookies set there are governed by Digistore24's own policies.

05How to manage cookies

  • You can view and delete cookies, or block them for this site, in your browser's privacy or site settings.
  • If you delete or block ei_access, the public website still works, but you will be signed out of EuroInsider. To sign in again, open your personal access link again.
  • Blocking third-party cookies may prevent an embedded scheduler from working. You can still request a demo through the contact form.

Guidance on managing cookies is available in the help pages of each major browser.

06Changes and contact

If we start using any additional cookies, we will update this policy before doing so and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. Questions about cookies can be sent to support@insidermagazin.com. More information about how we handle personal data is available in the Privacy Policy.
