This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website, request a demo, contact us, or buy and use EuroInsider. Our primary markets are the United Kingdom, France, Israel and Brazil, and this policy is written to be read alongside the data protection law that applies to you in those countries.
021. Who is responsible for your data
The controller (in Brazil, the controlador) of the personal data described in this policy is:
- Name
- Insider Magazin
- Privacy contact
- support@insidermagazin.com
- Data protection officer (Encarregado, LGPD art. 41)
- Privacy requests are handled through our privacy contact: support@insidermagazin.com
- EU / UK representative (GDPR art. 27)
- Not appointed. Contact us directly at support@insidermagazin.com.
When a business customer connects its own datasets to the Insider Magazin workspace, that customer decides what data is processed and why. For that data the customer is the controller and we act on its behalf as processor (in Brazil, operador) under the customer's order form. This policy does not cover that processing; please contact the customer concerned.
EuroInsider is sold through Digistore24, which acts as reseller. Digistore24 processes the payment and the buyer data entered in its checkout as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We are the controller of the order data that Digistore24 passes to us, as described in section 2.
032. Personal data we collect
Information you give us
When you use the demo request or contact form, we collect the information you enter. Fields may vary by form.
| Field | Purpose of the field |
|---|---|
| Name | To address you and identify your request |
| Work email | To reply to you and arrange a demo |
| Company | To understand which organisation the request relates to |
| Country | To identify applicable law, time zone and whether we can serve you |
| Use case | To prepare a relevant demo |
| Preferred date and time | To propose a suitable demo slot |
| Message | Any further information you choose to share |
Please do not include sensitive personal data (for example health data or data about other individuals) in free-text fields. The forms also contain a hidden field used to detect automated spam submissions; it is not intended to be filled in by people.
EuroInsider purchases
When you buy EuroInsider, Digistore24 handles the checkout, payment and invoice. We do not receive your payment card or bank details. We receive order data from Digistore24, such as the order ID, your name, your email address and the product purchased, and we use it to deliver your access, to issue a replacement access link if you lose yours, to answer support and refund requests, and to keep records required by law.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the servers that host this website record technical logs when pages are requested. These logs are kept by our hosting provider and typically include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. Your IP address may also be used to apply basic rate limits to the forms.
If you open a EuroInsider access link, the website sets the strictly necessary ei_access cookie, which keeps you signed in to the workspace until your access end date. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
What we do not collect
The built-in illustrative datasets are synthetic and contain no personal data. Statistics are computed in your browser from the loaded data. Files you import into EuroInsider are read and processed only in your browser; they are never uploaded to us or stored by us, and we have no access to their contents. EuroInsider uses personal access links instead of user accounts and passwords.
043. Why we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and to arrange and deliver a demo.
- To prepare a proposal or order form if you ask for one, and to take other steps before entering into a contract with your organisation.
- To deliver EuroInsider access after a purchase, keep you signed in to the workspace, replace lost access links, and handle support and refund requests.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
- To protect the website and the forms against abuse, spam and attacks.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal data, use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, or use it for advertising profiling.

Where you are in Israel, we process your data in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, where applicable. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
076. Service providers and third parties
We use a small number of service providers that process personal data on our behalf. Which of them is active depends on how the website is configured. Digistore24 is listed separately below because it acts as reseller and independent controller, not on our behalf.
| Role | Data involved | Provider |
|---|---|---|
| Website hosting | Technical server logs; form submissions in transit | Vercel Inc. (United States) |
| Email delivery of form submissions (if configured) | Form fields you submit | Not currently used. If a provider such as Resend is added, it will be listed here. |
| Webhook or CRM receiving form submissions (if configured) | Form fields you submit | Not currently used. |
| Embedded demo scheduler (if configured) | Data you enter in the scheduler; the provider's own cookies | Not currently used. |

Digistore24
Digistore24 sells EuroInsider as reseller. It processes the data you enter in its checkout, your payment data and the data needed for invoicing and taxes as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. It passes order data (such as order ID, name, email address and product) to us so that we can deliver your access and support.
The website does not store form submissions in its own database; submissions are delivered by email or to the configured webhook. Where you book through an embedded scheduler, the scheduler provider also processes your data under its own privacy policy.
We may also disclose personal data where required by law, to a competent authority, or in connection with a merger or transfer of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
087. International transfers
We are based in Brazil, and some of our service providers may process data in other countries. As a result, your data may be transferred outside Brazil, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or Israel.
Where such transfers take place, we intend to rely on a mechanism recognised by the applicable law, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses under LGPD art. 33 or Chapter V of the GDPR and UK GDPR. We rely on the standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards included in our providers' data processing terms.
098. How long we keep data
| Data | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Demo and contact enquiries that do not lead to a contract | 12 months after our last contact |
| Correspondence with customers | 5 years after the end of the customer relationship |
| EuroInsider order data received from Digistore24 | Not stored by us: order data is only used to display your access page. Digistore24 keeps the order records. |
ei_access and ei_feature cookies | Until the access end date, or until you sign out or delete them |
| Datasets saved with the Saved Workspace add-on (stored only in your browser) | Until you remove them or clear the browser's site data; we never receive them |
| Technical server logs | Up to 30 days, as set by the hosting provider |
When the retention period ends, we delete or anonymise the data, unless we must keep it longer to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
109. Your rights
Brazil (LGPD art. 18)
You may request confirmation that we process your data; access to it; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data or data processed unlawfully; portability; deletion of data processed on the basis of consent; information about the entities with which we share data; information about the possibility of refusing consent and its consequences; and revocation of consent. You have the right to access your data; to rectification; to erasure; to restriction of processing; to data portability; to object to processing based on legitimate interests; and to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); in France, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL); elsewhere in the EU, the authority in your country of residence or work.
Israel
Under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may, where applicable, request to inspect personal data held about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted if it is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date. You may also contact the Privacy Protection Authority.
How to exercise your rights
Send your request to support@insidermagazin.com. We may ask for information to confirm your identity before acting on the request. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you. We aim to respond within 15 days.
1110. Security
We apply technical measures appropriate to the limited data this website handles, including security headers, server-side storage of secrets, signed access links and an HttpOnly access cookie, validation of form input and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. A description of the measures in place is available on the Security page.
1211. Children
This website and the Service are not directed at children or adolescents. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, please contact support@insidermagazin.com and we will delete it.
1312. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our processing changes, for example if we enable a new service provider. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page. Where a change is significant and we hold your contact details, we will inform you directly.
1413. Contact
